All 35 counted and looking healthy, flocking together and all seemed to be moving freely. I walked across their current field and there are droppings over a wide area, not just the corner by the railway bridge where they were gathered today.

Friday 30th August

The lambs all seem very settled. Switching between grazing and snoozing. One is showing signs of slight lameness but it is barely noticeable. Hopefully it will be fine by tomorrow. 

Thursday 29th August

Lambs were all relaxed in the south western corner of the meadows... shame I didn't bring my camera! They are not going to be easy to bucket train!

Wednesday 28th August

35 lambs have been put in the western compartment of Barton Meadows. They have just been weaned so will need to be monitored closely for the next few days. I will be out checking every day this week.
