 All 9 cows grazing in the smaller field, moving well .No problems seen. 

Sun 26 May

 All 9x cows fine - roaming and grazing right across both enclosures. Troughs fine.

I looked around for damage or mess behind the squatter and couldn't spot anything.

The squatter moved on on Sunday morning. I'll check later for any damage and/or anything that's been left behind.

22nd May Reserve Update

 Went to visit the rough sleeper but he was not in. Would have explained that a nature reserve is not an appropriate place to set up camp, where is he going to the toilet for example?

I've reported the matter to Street link: https://thestreetlink.org.uk/ If anyone has the time please also report it to them so it has more traction.

I imagine this rain is going to send him off considering all his gear is getting wet. But we will see.

Wednesday 22nd May

 All 9 cows grazing across  the middle of the big field. No problems seen.

Not usually here this late so lovely to see all the wildflowers coming up.

Sun 19 May

 All 9x cattle grazing, moving around and looking fine. No concerns.

4x doe, 1x fawn and 1x buck seen

Site Check 15th May

Site checks around the site as well as checking the cows. All 9 present and no signs of injury or distress. Some overgrown shrubs and brambles in places, but otherwise looking alright.

Thursday 16th May

Had a butterfly training session, shame about the weather so no butterflies to be seen.

Black medic, ox eye daisy, buttercups and red clover all in flower.

Lots of knapweed broomrape surfacing, not much knapweed though, maybe that is the dynamic of the parasitic plant coming into play?

Troughs working.

Cows all looking fine.

Plenty of skylarks about, need to get out there one evening with the infra red camera and identify nests!

Wed 15th May

 All 9 cows grazing in the top corner near the houses, in the shade. No problems seen.

Wed 8th May

 All 9 cows in the shady corner by the Worthy Rd gate,out of the warm sunshine,no problems seen.

Sat 04 May

 All 9x cows together, grazing and seem fine. Trough working. No concerns. 

Fri 3rd May

9 cattle present.

Called them with nuts into corrall for a bit of training. All came bar the mostly black one who ignored me and stayed on the other sidd of field. When I went to check on her, she was very flighty and wouldn't let me get close and kept running away.

#84 has a slight nick on his nose. I check it out with grazing team, but if it gets worse please report it.

Reserve update

Quick visit.

Cows all fine.

Gate has had a bodge repair with a brace installed. Hopefully should do the job. Let me know of it doesn't.
