Checked on the lambs this afternoon. All together at the south end of the field and all accounted for. Would it be a better idea to have the sheep nuts stored at the Worthy Road entrance, rather than top field?

51 sheep counted, spread across the middle of the field. Most of them followed me round the field once I had the bucket. One lamb is still lame and kneeling to graze. Otherwise all good.
Emily and I counted all 51x sheep.
As before, lots of messy back ends and quite a few (maybe half of them) are itching and nibbling at their sides, but no flies seen on any of them. The wormer treatment and new grazing will hopefully sort this out.
Trough fine.
Didn't see any fallen trees and fencing seems fine.
The ice had defrosted by the time I got there in bright sunshine, couldn't see any issues at all but I did find a dead deer in the larger field, nature is taking it's course with some ravens feeding on it. Pic attached, not for feint hearted.
Hadrian check - all accounted for and okay with their first snowy shower
Hole by northern bench on path needs filling.
Broke the ice on the water trough. The sheep were all spread across the dip in the field. 51 counted. A group followed me up to collect the sheep nuts. All grazing happily, no problems seen.
Quick visit today so no time to fetch the bucket. Counted 51 , spread across the field grazing. All good apart from one that was limping ( left front leg ) but still managing to move about.
Checked the lambs late morning and met someone from the trust checking the lambs as there had been a report of a sheep stuck. We both counted 51 lambs, so the lamb must have freed itself. I then went back to get sheep nuts as the “usual 4” walked over and were waiting expectantly. Once I came back with the bucket they were the first to come over and were joined by another 5 lambs. Still some messy behinds, but no flies seen. The 4 followed me up to the gate when I left.

Not a close inspection today as I was with my dog but from my viewpoint all were present and no issues spotted.
Emily and I counted all 51x sheep.
8-10x with very messy back ends. Runt Sheep looks pretty filthy and bedraggled.
In themselves they all seem fine. Fence appeared fine, trough fine.
