All 50x accounted for in the sleet - eventually, after lots of squinting through my watering eyes..
All seemed settled. No pronounced limping on any that I could spot. No concerns.
All 50 sheep accounted for on a beautiful sunny afternoon . They all looked fine and were grazing enthusiastically . No limpers spotted today . One or two messy bottoms but nothing too serious. Their trough is working fine

All 50 accounted for. All looking fine and grazing well . Have to say that I didn’t spot any limpers this morning even though they all came rushing up to meet me so I had a good opportunity to look at them all . Doubtless Chris’ a eyes are sharper and more expert than mine ! The trough is fine and working ok

Sorry for late post due to family emergency but to confirm I counted all 50 at 8.30pm all sleeping. Weirdly one of them was sleeping 100 yards away from the rest, I think it's the bigger older one. No issues spotted though.
All 50 accounted for at 7.30am today, just the one feeding on her knees. A beautiful frosty morning - water trough not frozen though.
All 50x counted and all seem fine.
Only the one with scruffy fleece was stiff and limping slightly, but not to cause concern.
There are 5-6 with messy back ends through mild scours rather than urine staining, but they look fine in themselves and they've all been treated very recently. We've observed this in previous seasons and the grazing team weren't able to find a cause. No concerns.
A neighbour knocked on the door this morning to say that a dog was in with the sheep. He described it as a working dog, which had rounded the sheep into a corner of the field and was standing back but not chasing them.
I went straight out, but couldn't see a dog - although the sheep were grouped in the northern corner as he'd described to me.
I called them all over to me. There were no injuries. Only the one with patchy fleece looked stiff, as previous blogs have recorded.
I spent some time with them and they were all calm. All 50x accounted for. No concerns.
All 50 sheep accounted for. All grazing ok and looking well . One limper, the one with the scruffy fleece, has a sore near side fore and prefers to graze kneeling to take the weight off that leg. Doesn’t look too serious but worth keeping an eye out for . Otherwise no issues . Their trough is working fine .

50 counted. The sheep were more subdued today in the drizzle, but looking good with no limpers seen.
Sorry a brief visit due to a trip to London but saw all 50, not enough time to check other issues.
All 50x accounted for. Nicely spread out when I arrived - all grazing in the sun. Couldn't identify which was limping today, but there were a few messy back ends, so if the grazing team are giving them the once over this coming week that will be good.
The one recovering from fly strike with less fleece was lying down again. It seemed a little stiff when it walks, but joined the rest of the flock when I called.
The warmer weather today seems to have woken up the rams, so there was a scrum of them tussling and butting each other. This might give rise to some of the lameness and stiffness we see too.
No concerns.
All 50x eventually counted today. Most seemed fine. The hornless limper with a messy back end was out on its own, but rejoined the flock - grazing team aware. The one recovering from fly strike (fleece lost from back) took a long time to get up, but then seemed ok. I'll take a closer look at it again tomorrow. No concerns.
All 50 counted on what was a very cold start to the day (-1C). Needed to break the ice in the trough, only one limper spotted but as normal couldn't get close. Doesn't trust me yet.
All 50 sheep accounted for . Two animals limping one with horns has a sore near side fore . The other is without horns and is one of the smallest lambs in the paddock has a problem with its offside fore. The latter animal’s problem is less marked than the other where the lamb prefers to lie down as much as possible . Otherwise fine apart from a few mucky rear ends . They are all grazing ok and moving well with the obvious exception of the two limpers . Their trough is full and the water supply is functioning ok

50 counted. One was limping (front left) and holding it up when possible. There were a few messy ends but otherwise very lively and moving well.
All 50 counted, not limping seen today. They were all sheltering from the sun on the west side of the field hugging the fence. Some of them have taken a liking to the bramble bush along the fence. Amazing that it's not boggy in the field considering the amount of rain we've had, obviously drains very well.
