A double check in today, how exciting for the cows! Went earlyish today when it was misty, cows were grazing up at the top of the hill near the houses. Someone was walking by and their dog was (peacefully) nose to nose with one of the new cows - who seemed to be enjoying the attention! These new boys seem quite friendly, the owner of the dog was giving him a bit of a pat on the nose and he seemed to love it (the cow AND the human).
As Sheila said, trough looking healthy, and EF seems to be working fine.
